Terms of sending orders are 2-6 working days, unless other terms are stipulated by the manager before the order. Urgent delivery on the day of the order + UAH 100, to order this service, write to the manager on our Instagram.

If the customer wants to cancel the order for his own reasons, the cancellation of the order can only be done on the day of payment! The next day, the order has already been confirmed and is being processed, such an order cannot be canceled. It will be completed and sent within the specified time.

If before the order, our manager warned the client about tailoring to order or about longer terms and the client agreed with them, the contract comes into force with the stipulated terms!

If the client, for his own reasons, decides to terminate the verbal contract earlier than the agreed terms, the client's advance payment for tailoring is not returned. If there is a delay on our part, we will offer an alternative option or issue a refund.
