If the customer wants to cancel the order for his own reasons, the cancellation of the order can only be done on the day of payment! The next day, the order has already been confirmed and is being processed, such an order cannot be canceled. It will be completed and sent within the specified time.

If before the order, our manager warned the client about tailoring to order or about longer terms and the client agreed with them, the contract comes into force with the stipulated terms!

If the client, for his own reasons, decides to terminate the verbal contract earlier than the agreed terms, the client's advance payment for tailoring is not returned. If there is a delay on our part, we will offer an alternative option or issue a refund.

OFFER AGREEMENT

 The following information is an official proposal (offer) of the woozi.ua online store to any natural person (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) to conclude a contract for the sale of goods.  This contract is public, that is, according to Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its conditions are the same for all buyers.

 1.1 In accordance with Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the complete and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer (offer), which confirms the conclusion of the Agreement for the sale of goods on the terms proposed below, is the fact of execution and confirmation of the order.

 1.2 By completing the Order, the Buyer confirms his agreement and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this proposal (offer).

 2.3 By concluding the Agreement (that is, by accepting the terms of this Proposal (Offer) by placing an Order), the Buyer confirms the following:

 * The buyer is fully and completely acquainted with and agrees with the terms of this offer (offer);

 * It gives permission for the collection, processing and transfer of personal data

 Conditions of exchange and return

 In accordance with Article 9 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, you have the right to exchange goods purchased in the WOOZI.UA store according to the following rules :

EXCHANGE OF PROPER QUALITY GOODS

 By picking up the package from the post office, you confirm that the item satisfied you in terms of quality, has no defects and corresponds to the video.

 The buyer has the right to exchange a good quality product for a similar one from the seller.  if he did not satisfy him in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for any other reasons.  The exchange of a product of appropriate quality is carried out for a product of a similar price (change of color, size) or for another product with an additional payment only on the condition that its product appearance is preserved (absence of signs of wear, damage, mandatory presence of labels, tags).  In this case, the exchange of the product is permissible on the condition that the product did not satisfy you in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size.  The exchange is carried out on the basis of a new registered mail, as well as your personal data as a customer, which confirms the fact and terms of purchase.  The delivery of the goods, including the courier, during the exchange, is carried out at the expense of the Buyer!

 If, at the time of the exchange, the SIMILAR GOODS ARE NOT FOR SALE, the buyer has the right to choose, namely:

 - purchase any other goods from the available range with a corresponding recalculation of the cost, if the price is higher;

 - to exchange the product for a similar product upon the first arrival of the corresponding product for sale.  The seller is obliged to notify the consumer who requests the exchange of the product on the day the product is put on sale.

 

To exchange the product that was purchased in the WOOZI.UA online store, you need to IMMEDIATELY contact our manager on Instagram.

The thing that did not suit you must be sent to the address specified by our manager no later than the same day or at most the next day. Exchange is possible for any product of equal or greater value. You will also be able to leave money on the balance if you have not chosen a replacement during this time.

The exchange period is 2-5 working days from the moment of receipt of your exchange, if the product is in stock.  If the product is tailor-made, the terms are determined.

GOODS ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE/REFUNDABLE

 

 According to the law on the protection of consumer rights, the list of the following products of appropriate quality is not subject to exchange/return:

 ‌1.1 Corset products

 1.2 Tops

 ‌1.3 Handmade accessories

 ‌1.4 Made-to-order sizes that are not available and are sewn in a single copy only for the customer.

 RETURN/EXCHANGE OF IMPROPER QUALITY (DEFECTIVE PRODUCTION)

 The exchange of a product of inadequate quality (lack of production) for a product of proper quality is possible on the condition that it is preserved in its commercial appearance (absence of signs of wear, any damage, presence of all labels and labels).  In case of exchange of goods of inadequate quality, the WOOZI.UA store will bear the costs of sending the goods back to us, while you are obliged to agree the return of the goods to us with the manager.  Tell the manager the reason for the return, take a picture of the defect or confirm the discrepancy.  You can clarify all the details of the return with the store manager in the chat.  In the event that the product offered for exchange does not suit you for any reason - after receiving from you a product of INADEQUATE QUALITY, we will return the money to your card within 7 working days.

 You check the parcel for defects immediately upon receipt, without leaving the New Post office!  The fact that the parcel was collected confirms that you are satisfied with the quality of the product.  We hasten to assure you that each product is checked for quality before shipment!  If any defects, shortages, damages are found - in the presence of postal workers, an ACP is drawn up.  Without the Act, it is not always possible to determine whether the defect is factory or occurred as a result of fitting!  An exchange or return of an item with a disputed defect is possible only if there is a DOCUMENT drawn up at Nova Poshta upon receipt of the parcel and an attached photo of the defect from the post office!  Without an act, we will not be able to replace or return anything to you!

 WARNING

 If the package is refused by the post office without a certificate confirming the defects/lack of production, we will not be able to make a return or exchange.  In case of refusal without a certificate, the subscription fee is not returned.
